一、学校概况 General Introduction 

新乡医学院三全学院位于河南北部新乡，与省会郑州仅相距十余里，与古都开封隔河相望，四季分明。学校于2003年获批举办，现有两个校区，共占地1908.11亩。学校在校生22000余人；专任教师总数为1159人，其中具有高级职称487人。学校秉承“全面适应社会需求，全面实施素质教育，全面培育医学英才”的办学指导思想，立足“地方性、高水平、有特色、应用型的新型高等医学院校”的办学定位，以健康中国和健康中原战略为引领，以服务区域经济社会发展、医疗卫生事业和健康产业发展为宗旨，以“建设一流育人环境、实施一流医学教育、争创一流民办大学、培养一流应用人才”为目标，深入实施“质量立校”  “人才强校”“融合兴校”“改革活校”“文化润校”五大战略，把学校建成“国内一流、 区域领跑”的地方性、高水平、有特色、应用型的新型高等医学院校。

With featuring distinct four seasons, Sanquan Medical College (SQMC) is situated in Xinxiang, northern Henan Province, is only over several miles away from Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province, and faces the ancient city, Kaifeng across the Yellow River. SQMC was established in 2003 under the approval of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. It consists of two campuses with a total covered area of 1272,073 square meters. It is home to 22,000 students guided by 1159 teachers with 487 of them owning associate professor or above titles. To build a new medical college and university which is the domestic first-class, regional leading one with local, high level, characteristics, application-oriented features. By adhering to the guiding ideology of fully meeting the needs of society, implementing competence education, and comprehensively cultivating medical talents; Based on the thought of running a new type of medical college, which is a more local, high level, characteristics, application-oriented college; Treating the strategy of healthy China and healthy Central Plain as the lead, with the purpose of serving the economic and social development of the region, and the medical and health services’ development; Aiming to build first-class educational environment, implement first-class medical education, strive to create first-class private universities and cultivate first-class application talents; Implementing thoroughly the five strategies of “building a school with quality, strengthening the school with talents, integrating and revitalizing the school, reforming and revitalizing the school and enriching the school with culture.

学校现有全日制本科（含专升本）、专科2个办学层次，26个本科专业及方向、7个专科专业，涵盖医、管、理、工、文5个学科领域。学校是“硕士学位授予重点立项培育单位”、国家自然科学基金依托单位，拥有省级重点学科3个，省一流本科专业建设点3个，省民办普通高等学校品牌专业建设点7个，省民办普通高等学校学科专业资助项目9个，省专业综合改革试点项目4个，国家特设专业8个；省级实验教学示范中心2个，生产性教学工场2个、实训中心8个。学校拥有附属医院4所，其中，附属南阳南石医院为三级甲等医院，是国家脑卒中筛查与防治基地，国家级胸痛中心，助理全科医师规范化培训基地。

The school undertakes 26 undergraduate and 7 junior college majors in 5 domains of medicine, management, science, engineering and literature. The university is a master's degree awarding key project training unit, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. It has 3 provincial key disciplines, 3 provincial first-class undergraduate major construction points, 7 provincial brand major construction points of private colleges and universities, 9 provincial private ordinary colleges and universities subject professional funding projects, 4 provincial professional comprehensive reform pilot project, 8 national special majors. There are 2 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, 2 productive teaching workshops and 8 practical training centers. The school has four affiliated hospitals, among which the Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang is a Class A tertiary hospital, which is the National Base for Stroke Screening and Prevention, the National Chest Pain Center, and the Standardized Training Base for Resident Doctors.

学校与24所海外大学或科研机构建立合作关系，如美国查塔姆大学、英国兰开夏大学、马来西亚管理与科学大学等。学校于2015年获批聘请外国专家单位资格，2017年，获批招收来华留学生资格，2018年，加入世界医学院校名录并于同年开始招收来华留学生。2019年，获批与美国查塔姆大学合作办学项目，2020年，获批与英国贝德福德大学合作办学项目，同年学校加入联合国教科文组织的世界高等教育数据库；2021年学校通过外国医学生毕业委员会（ECFMG）认证。学校先后有来自印度、印度尼西亚、坦桑尼亚、加纳等15个国家的182名学生来校学习。

In terms of international development, the university has established friendly cooperative relations with 24 overseas universities or scientific institution, including Chatham University in the US, University of Central Lancashire in the UK, Management and Science University in the Malaysia, etc. After it was granted the qualification of recruiting foreign teachers in 2015, recruiting international students in 2017, SQMC made its way into the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDMS) of WHO in 2018, and embarked on recruiting international students in the same year. Afterwards, its Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Nursing program was approved in 2019 to admit Chinese students, followed by another joint program with University of Bedfordshire of the UK in 2020. The same year then witnessed SQMC’s joining into the World Higher Education Database of the International Association of Universities (IAU) supported by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization(UNESCO). Up to now, the school has recruited 182 students from 15 countries, including India and Indonesia etc.

办学二十年来，学校先后荣获“全国素质教育示范院校”“全国先进独立学院”“全国民办教育先进单位”“全国独立学院综合实力50强”“河南省优秀民办学校”“河南省高等学校先进基层党组织”“河南省文明学校”“河南省普通高校毕业生就业工作优秀单位”等荣誉称号。学校办学成果在中央电视台“新闻联播”、《人民日报》、《中国教育报》等权威媒体进行专题报道。武书连2019中国高校排行榜、2020年中国独立学院竞争力排行榜，学校位居全国医药类独立学院第一名。2023年跻身中国医药类独立学院排行榜前三。

In the past twenty years, the school has awarded different honorary titles, such as the National Model College for Competence Education, the National Advanced Independent College, National Advanced Private Education Institutions, the Top 50 National Independent Colleges with Comprehensive Strength, the Excellent Independent Colleges of Henan Province, the Advanced Grassroots Party Organizations in Higher Education Institutions of Henan Province, the Civilized School of Henan Province, the Excellent Units for Employment of Graduates from Ordinary Universities in Henan Province. These achievements have been featured by some authoritative medias such as the CCTV News, the People's Daily, and the China Education News. On the Wushulian List released in September 2019 and Jinpingguo List in April 2020, SQMC ranks the first among Chinese independent medical colleges. It was ranked the top three among independent medical colleges in China in 2023.

四、申请条件Application  Requirements

    1.国籍：申请人应持有非中国国籍。若申请人出生时即持外国国籍，且父母一方或双方在国外定居时为中国国籍，候选人应持有有效期超过4年的外国护照或证明，同时有2年以上在国外居住记录（每年居住9个月以上按出入境签证记录计为1年）。

Nationality: Candidates should be the non-Chinese nationality person. If the candidate was born with foreign nationality with one or both of his/her parents having Chinese nationality while settling abroad, the candidate shall hold a valid foreign passport or proof with a period of validity of more than 4 years, and meanwhile have a over two years’ record of living in foreign countries (living for more than 9 months per year can be accounted as one year, according to record on the exit-entry visa).

    2.学历：申请人应有高中学历或同等教育学历，学习表现良好。

Education background: The candidates must have a high school diploma or certification of equivalent education with good performance.

    3.年龄：18-23岁，高中毕业2年以内。

Age: 18-23 years old, graduated within 2 years.

    4.英语成绩需达到雅思5.5（含）以上水平或同等英文水平；国际学生在进入大二学习前，中文能力应达到《国际汉语能力标准》四级水平（含）以上。优先录取具有汉语能力和汉语水平证书的考生。

Candidates should have an English ability equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or equivalent English level; before entering into the sophomore year, students' Chinese language ability should be higher than HSK4 of Chinese Language Proficiency Scales or above. Candidates with Chinese ability and relative certificates are preferred. 

    5.健康：外国人体格检查表的各项数据应正常。

Healthy condition: all columns in the Foreign Physical Examination Form should be normal.

    6.其他：无犯罪记录，无身体和心理疾病，遵守中国法律法规和校规校纪，尊重中国习俗。

Others: No criminal record, in good health both physically and mentally, observe Chinese laws as well as university rule and regulations, and respect Chinese customs.

 

    五、申请资料 Application Materials

（一）基本情况  Basic Information

1.居住地和出生地应包括城市名称，通信地址应包括街道号码。

Provide the address of residence and birthplace with the city name, and the correspondence address should include street number.

2.联系电话应遵循国家代码+区号+电话号码的结构。

The contact number should follow the format of country code + area code + phone number.

3.照片应为护照尺寸，背景为白色，无眼镜、头巾和镜框。

The photo should be in passport size with a white background, without glasses, headscarf, frameworks.

4.所有原始文件都需保存，包括10张护照大小的照片。

All original files need to be kept, including 10 passport-size photos.

（二）其他材料Other Materials

1.高中毕业证 High school diploma

2.高中成绩单 High school transcript

3.护照首页和签证页 Passport first page and visa page

4.6个月内签发的《外国人体格检查表》 The foreign physical examination record issued within 6 months.

5.6个月内签发的无犯罪记录No criminal record issued within 6 months.

6.银行签发的资产证明（资产证明和6个月流水记录）

Asset certificate issued by the bank (asset proof or 6-month transaction list from banks).

7.申请人的保证书

Applicant's letter of guarantee must be signed by the applicant.

 

六、申请流程Application Procedure

（一）面试Interview

外事部在收到申请材料后进行筛选审核，对初步符合申请条件的申请人发面试通知。

The Foreign Affairs Department will screen student materials after receiving material, send an interview notice to applicants who initially meet the application requirements.

（二）预录取Pre-admission

外事部根据申请人的面试情况，结合学生的申请材料，确定拟录取学生名单。经院领导批准后，对符合条件的学生发放预录取通知书。

The Foreign Affairs Department will decide the list of candidates based on their application documents and interview scores. After approval from leaders, qualified students will receive an electronical pre-admission notice.

（三）正式录取 Official Admission

外事部对预录取学生的综合素质进行全面考核，对符合学校录取标准的学生发放正式录取通知书，并启动手续办理工作。

The Foreign Affairs Department will examine the whole performance, and issue the official admission letter to the qualified students, then start the procedures.

（四）注意邮箱和通知Regularly check mailbox and notifications

所有与入学、课程、费用等有关的通知都是从特定的邮箱和系统发送的。请保持通讯畅通，并设置手机邮件提醒。

All relevant notices related to admission, courses, fees, etc., are sent from specific mailbox and system. Please maintain smooth communication and set up mobile email reminders.

    七、费用 Fee Structure

注：Note

    1.学校只收取申请费、学费和住宿费，代商户收取课本费和白大衣费。其中，教材费、住宿费按实际使用情况收取，多退少补。

The college only charges the application fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee, and also helps merchants collect textbook fee and white coat fee. Among them, the textbook fee and accommodation fee are charged according to the actual cost, and the excess will be refunded and the lack need be compensated.

2.学生须在向学校报到后7天内交学费。

Students are required to pay fees within 7 days after they report to the school. 

3.无论录取与否，上述申请费用不予退还。

The above application fee is non-refundable, whether accepted or not.

 

八、奖学金和学位Scholarships and Degrees 

1.奖学金：学生可申请河南省政府奖学金。

Students can apply for Henan Provincial Government Scholarship.

    2.学位或证书：学历生在修读完毕教学计划所有课程，满足学校毕业及学位授予条件，授予毕业证和学位证书。

Degree students will be awarded diploma and degree certificates after they have completed all courses in the teaching plan and meet the requirements for graduation and degree awarding.

 

    九、住宿、就餐和交通 Accommodation, Dining and Transportation

国际学生需入住国际学生公寓，校内两所食堂设有穆斯林食品窗口。校外公交站距郑州地铁站约30分钟车程。

The international students need to live in the international students’ dormitory. There are two restaurants with several dining rooms for Muslim food. The public bus at the school gate can arrive at Zhengzhou subway station with about 30 minutes.
